Two days of immersion into the world of Tai Chi done in the easiest, most enjoyable method for beginners - TaijiFit™. On Saturday, you'll learn how to jump right into the FLOW - Tai Chi done smoothly, continuously and effortlessly. You'll learn about how to use TaijiFit for better balance, pain reduction and healthy heart. And you'll get an inside look at the way Tai Chi movements are made, so that your motions make sense. This is a class for everyone - even if you've never tried Tai Chi before!
Sunday is designed for instructors. Building on the moves you learned on Saturday, you'll learn how to use the special TaijiFit 5-part cueing format. You'll also learn how to watch a group of participants for the cues you need to adjust your instruction. Fitness and PT professionals can take Saturday only for CEC's. Or take both days for certification!
